Student Leaders at DSS

As a new year begins, so does a new chapter for the Dunnville Secondary School (DSS) Student Council team. With new members and a new President (Ben Smith), the Student Council is excited about the opportunities for the coming year.
The Student Council is a volunteer group of hard-working students dedicated to the organization of any school activities that need planning, fundraising or setting up/cleaning up. They get to experience working together, learning political and organizational skills, while also creating a fun-filled environment for the students and teachers at DSS.
"Being involved in Student Council has enriched my high school experience," stated Carlin Dykstra, a faithful member of the Student Council, now in her fourth year. Ben Smith, the new President, has amazing things in store for this year at DSS.
Student Council meets every Monday during lunch in the school’s guidance office. New members are always welcome.
