Junior Boys Take Home Victory

The Dunnville Secondary Junior Boys Volleyball (Panthers) team stole the light at Cayuga Secondary School (C.S.S.), after gaining victory against the Cayuga Warriors. The Panthers gave their all, with motivation and encouragement from the sidelines by team Coach Kim Rombough. The Panthers sportsmanship, determination, and athletic expertise were not taken for granted on Thursday afternoon; they strived for victory and did not fall short.

The team’s season will be wrapped up, after their game against McKinnon Park Secondary School (M.P.S.S.) on Thursday, November 3 in Caledonia; they will then make their way to the Playoffs. “The win is an insight to what will happen over the rest of the season,” said Dunnville Secondary School (D.S.S.) student and Junior Boy Volleyball player Jordan McKinnon. “We are very proud.” The team’s hard work in practice paid off, and the team anticipates that their perseverance will pull through again in both the game and the playoffs.
