Parent Teacher Interviews at DSS

It was meet the teacher night again at Dunnville Secondary School (DSS). Last Wednesday, March 21, DSS had its second semester parent-teacher interviews.

Parent-teacher interviews happen every semester at DSS. They take place shortly after the first progress reports come out. These interviews are important for all students, especially those who may be struggling in a course. Parents have the opportunity to hear from the teacher where their son or daughter is struggling and what they could improve upon. They also get to hear their strengths as a student. The interviews help parents stay in touch with what is going on with their child in school. It also helps maintain communication between parents and teachers.
